    oi eu tambem tenho um c3-00e estava com o mesmo problema, daí eu estava procurando na net uma soluçãoachei esta site que me ajudou mto! vi um post de um cara que estava com o celbloqueado tbm e a solução foi desligar o aparelho e ligar ele segurando a teclaf, daí quando pede a senha digite 12345! funcionou!! boa sorte!!!
