Acabou a bateria e não tinha instalado todos aplicativos. Simplesmente ele não entrou mais no Android. Ele chega a ligar. Aparece o boneco do Android, uma arte do fabricante e fica numa tela preta com a escrita "Android" não saindo mais dessa parte. Existe um reset pra esse aparelho? já tentei vários comandos descritos aqui no fórum. imagens:
