    Meu aparelho apresentou o seguinte defeito: Ao ligar o mesmo, entra na tela que indica a função da tecla FACEBOOK, ao tentar sair dela pra ir ao menu do aparelho, ele desliga sozinho. Entrei em contato com a motorola e somente pegaram o IMEI do mesmo e 2 numeros de contato... Enquanto isso ficamos sem aparelho!? Alguem sabe um jeito de reseta-lo sem precisar ligar o aparelho!?
