    Boa tarde, tenho um samsung gts 3350, e estou com o seguinte problema: Quando eu tento liga-lo, ele começa iniciar normal mas depois aparece modo offline e opção de sim ou não, só que eu apertando as opções ou não ele acaba não ligando e desligando sozinho e depois disso so consigo tenta-lo fazer ligar se remover a bateria e coloca-la novamente.... o que devo fazer?m
