    Problema resolvido, o reset desse tablet é power e volume - , e não voluime + como tava fazendo, um outro problema é quando vc desligava o tablet ele ja reniciava em seguida, nao posibilitando o entra no hard reset, solução simples, basta vc desliga o tablet (aperta power por 10 seg) ja com vol - apertado ate que apareça opção de boot
