    Eu fui nas configurações dele e tentei restaurar as configurações de fábrica, mas não adiantou. Quanto ao levar para um profissional, onde eu moro não tem ninguém que faça este tipo de serviço. Mas mesmo assim eu agradeço muito a atenção de vocês.

    Bom dia galera. Possuo um Q5 e agora ele começou a ficar sem rede em locais que sempre funcionou perfeitamente. Lembrando, sou leigo, nunca formatei ou fiz nada do tipo. Eu pesquisei no forum, mas não consegui achar um rumo de por onde começar para poder fazer ele funcionar normalmente. Alguém tem os passos para que eu possa fazer o reparo. Obrigado.
