    Ola! Após apanhar muito consegui fazer a instalacao do seguinte modo: baixei e instalei o arquivo no link https://cid-8f490822036c8f76.office.live.com/embedicon.aspx/Public/LG%20Mobile/B2CAppSetup.exe. Instala a Ferramenta de Suporte LG Mobile. Entre no Apoio ao Cliente e faca o dowmload dos aplicativos Driver de USB e atualizacao de PDA (Windows Mobile). Com o Windows mobile consegui acessar o aparelho, fazer sincronismo. Depois consegui usar o programa de atualizacao.
