    Bom dia, Amigo vc vai conseguir resolvendo da seguinte forma. Baixe o "Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant", após baixar e instalar abra o programa. Clica no "FLASH", então clica em Resgatar, escolhe o modelo e nome do dispositivo, ai vai baixar a ROM, apos baixar clique em RESGATAR e aguarde, 5 minutos após seu aparelho volta lindo *-*. Espero ter ajudado, qual quer duvida avise!
