    CAra quando eu comprei meu ext112 deu esse mesmo problema de chip inválido o problema só foi resolvido quando fui na loja e pedi um outro chip! O que foi no meu celular era um remessa de chips da Tim que estavam com defeito,por isso chip inválido ok.Basta trocar por outro na loja que vc comprou o aparelho!!!!
