    Olá , Aconteceu o mesmo comigo com um da Vivo , o problema era a forma do sim card , alguns sim card são diferentes e o iphone acaba não reconhecendo.Você testou com outros modelos de sim card ? Espero que o ajude. Abraços Lua Baltazar
