    Boa noite pessoal, após fazer um hard reset meu aparelho ficou com o sinal muito fraco. Está sempre zerado nas barras. Eu já falei com a Claro e com a samsung para verificar as configurações mas não adiantou nada. Estou a ponto de troca de aparelho. Alguem sabe de alguma configuração necessária após o hard reset? Obrigado.
