    ele eh o 3gs 16gb eu comprei ele,um amigo trouxe do japao e estava funcionando normal e baixei o itunes 10.3 e pediu pra atualizar,depois de atualizado ele apareceu essa mensagem,estou colocando chip da vivo mas de nenhuma outra operadora da tambem. soh aparece na tela um cabo usb eindicando itunes.quando coloco ele aparece restaurar mas da na mesma.fico grato se puder me ajudar
