    Boa tarde, sou nova por aqui... tenho um problema com o meu sony ericsson satio, descobri agora que o telefone tem o codigo de bloqueio activo, eu nao me lembro de o ter activado e por isso liguei para a operadora e disseram-me que era defeito de fabrica e que o codigo era "0000", e nao e, gostaria de saber se me podem ajudar, como faço para desactivar o codigo de bloqueio? ja actualizei o telefone e mesmo assim nao deu. obrigada pela ajuda
