    boa tarde pessoal, estou com este telefone que ao ligar ele aparece o boneco androide como se eu estivesse tentando resetar ai fica reiniciando a tela do lg sem para , ja testei os botoes pra ver se estavam em curto , mais esta ok os dois, a placa esta ótima , sem nenhum sinal de oxidação , bom  eu acho que se resolvera só com uma atualização , ja tente pelo lg tools mais fala que ja esta atualizado. andei pesquisando aqui no fórum e vi que tem um software chamado KZD , já abaixei o firmware , so preciso deste programa e uma ajudinha de como usar , por que nunca usei o mesmo... desde de ja agradeço a ajuda de vcs ....
