    Obrigado Sr. João mas creio que perdi então meu telefone, porque moro em uma ilha onde não há assistencia samsumg e nas outras lojas de celulares todos dizem que o telemovel está inutilizado. aqui nos Açores é assim, ESTRAGOU COMPRA OUTRO, rsrsrsr. é um meio muito pequeno. Mas mesmo assim meu muito obrigado!!!

    olá a todos já não sei mais o que fazer, meu filho colocou um codigo de bloqueio do telefone em meu samsumg, quando fui ligar o aparelho pedi o codigo, o pior que ele não se lembra do codigo!!! tem como reverter isso ou não? Alguem me ajude porque eu não quero perder esse aparelho. desde já agradeço a todos!!!
