    Por favor ai pessoal quem souber resolver! mesmo esquema ja consultei a Apple e mais 2 sites pra saber se é blacklist mas o aparelho esta liso livre de qualquer coisa resumindo logo não é black list iPhone 4s nacional iOs 6.1.3 e não da sinal com TIM nem com VIVO apenas OI a CLARO não foi testada! ja restaurei rede ajustes conteudo reinstalei pelo itunes umas 10 vezes restaurei com modo recuperação e direto as sem resultados!
