    Olá a todos. Gostaria de ajuda com meu Samsubg Duos 7522. O telefenesimplesmente parou de reconhecer os dois chips. E eventualmente apresenta uma tela sem nenhum ícone. Preciso desligar e ligar inumeras vezes para conseguir que ele volte, com sorte, a funcionar normalmente. Moro numa cidade pequena e estou sem assitencia tecnica. Pesquisei anteriormente e me disseram que pode ser tualização de firmware. Nunca fiz nada relacionado a celular. Gostaria muito de ajuda...Por favor helppp!
