    Galera, fiz aqui em minha assistência da seguinte forma (aparelho desligado) 1º Aperte e segura o botão de volume para baixo e o Power(ligar aparelho) 2º Continue segurando até aparecer "LG" e continue segurando, vai desaparecer(LG) você continua segurando 3º Quando aparecer "LG" de novo, você solta o botão de power(ligar aparelho) e continua segurando o botão de volume para baixo 4° Vai aparecer o nosso querido Android, ele vai fazer o procedimento de Factory reset sozinho Agora é só aproveitar o seu celular novamente, espero ter ajudado
