Boa tarde Faça o teste também com o chip de origem dele, ser der Telefone Restrito, seu aparelho está com a Provider Key e Config key corrompidas como você pode ver na imagem, caso use alguma box Saras ou JAF usando o BB5 King no TP e clique em Repair SL ,que irá sanar seu problema poste o resultado.
